Amazingly enough, I can’t think of any mobile mishaps that I personally have had. Jai was just commenting that my first-generation iPhone is in pristine condition – I try really hard to be careful with it, and I’ve had the good luck of not dropping it or being victimized by theft. And my pay-as-you go cell phone is seven years old. In cell phone years, that’s like an eternity or something. 
I’ve been lucky, but I’m the exception to the rule. It seems like everyone I know has a horror story about a phone getting its screen cracked, misplaced, or lost forever. THe worst is when my father in law accidentally sent a dirty photo to me instead of to his wife. OMG. It was awful.
Nothing major just been charged for data when i didnt even have it internet enabled on my phone (this was a while back).
I have been lucky so far and have had no mobile mishaps.
My hubby dropped his brand new iPhone 4 the day after he got it, before getting a case for it, and it chipped the glass front in the corner. Still chipped because the warranty didn’t cover it.
I dropped my phone and cracked the screen about three days after I got it. I would not break down and buy another one after that, so I had that phone for about five years!
No mobile mishaps here, knock on wood!
So far so good – but only because I learned from lots of desk and laptop computer mishaps than were more than a little embarrassing. I take great, extra special care now!
I lent one of my children my cell phone because he lost his, and he dropped it in the commode. Mobile mishap #1 to date in our house.
I’ve dropped mine several times, so it’s got a lot of scratches and chips on top.
Not really any problems with this type of problem. Have been either very careful or very fortunate!
I haven’t had any problems with my phone, but my grandchildren have run over them, lost them in fields, eta.
Once I tried to make a call with a new phone and couldn’t get it to work – didn’t realize it was locked.
My phone would shut off randomly and never turn back on!
I was at work showing some pictures to a friend and I dropped my phone and broke the screen.
I once dropped my phone off the couch and of course it landed right in my glass of water. What are the chances of that??
When we were on vacation and my husband was driving I had a cup of ice water between my legs and I was talking to my mom on the phone. The phone slipped right into the water. That was the end of that phone.
Accidently took my phone on a water ride with me, it was ruined!

On vacation in a place we dodin’t know and we didn’t know we had to set the GPS a certain way so we couldn’t find our way.

My three year old ordered an Xbox game when he was playing with my Kindle Fire last month.
