I’m inspired by:

Something that really inspires me is a great performer! I love watching artists perform. I love the way they can have the audience in the palm of their hand and by just doing the simplest of things have the audience go crazy. Things like that really inspire me believe it or not. Especially in the studio!

I realized I wanted to play music when:

I actually gradually began to realize that I wanted to be a performer. Over the span of two years I was always in the studio working on little projects and ended up falling in love with it. That was when I decided to tell my parents that this was something I wanted to really pursue.

Four songs you might find on my iPod:

Four songs that you might find on my iPod are, “Thinking Bout You” by Frank Ocean, “Shot For Me” by Drake, “One Day In Your Life” by Michael Jackson and “Strangers In the Night” by Frank Sinatra.

One word I would use to describe myself:

One word I would use to describe myself is “Determined”.

The best part of being a musician is:

For me, the best part of being a musician would be the creative process. I love starting a song from scratch and then a couple of months later sitting down, watching footage of me perform that song with people singing along. I love the whole creative process that comes with being a musician.

Right now, I’m most excited about:

Right now I am very excited about the release of my first single “Pull Up”! I’m so excited that people are really liking it. I’m also looking forward to the many other songs that we have ready to release! I think that people are going to love them and I have a really good feeling about them!

Something most people don’t know about me is:

Something that most people would not know about me is how curious I am. I’m always asking questions about how something works or reading an article about my favorite performer. I love to study the people that I most look up to.

One of my happiest moments was:

One of my happiest moments was when I was able to perform Pull Up before it was released to a crowd of 20,000 people. Since it was not released yet, I didn’t think anyone would be able to sing along, but by the time the second chorus came around, I noticed people in the audience doing the dance and singing along with me. That made me really happy.

My music is:

My music style is Island meets Urban Pop.

In ten years, I see myself:

In ten years I see myself hopefully having started acting and Broadway! That’s something I really love as well and want to get into in the near future!
