Cleanwater Infant Tub is an innovative new way to bathe baby. Most moms will receive some sort of baby bath tub as a shower gift – here’s why I think this one is neat: Not only does this bathtub come with a built-in digital thermometer to help parents determine the perfect water temperature, but the tub is also specially designed to keep the bathwater clean and warm through baby’s whole bath. This is achieved with a special built-in reservoir, which clean water flows into before entering the bathing area. A constant supply of fresh water comes through while dirty, soapy water flows out! The tub is designed to fit in most kitchen sinks and bathtubs, and also comes with a spacer which can be used to help stabilize the tub in kitchens where the sink divider is lower than the surface of the counter.
4moms sent me a Cleanwater Infant Tub so that I could check it out for myself; I took some photos of the unit, which you can see for yourself above (click the thumbnails to see the photos full-size). I am giving this tub to a special expectant mom that I know – I like the concept that this could help make bathtime more pleasant for both mom and baby, which is why I think it’s a top Baby Shower Gift Pick!
