You might have noticed that Contest Corner got a makeover this morning! I was up all night installing a new WordPress theme that Jai and I created. The navigation and layout has been refined with the goal of making it easier and faster to browse the site; I also changed the background color of posts to increase readability. This was a big job that has been in the works for some time – please let me know what you think, as my goal is always to make the site better for our readers.
We have also recently upgraded our software for handling giveaway submissions in order to make the process a lot more efficient and provide our readers with more contest listings. Part of the work I have been doing with launching my new blogs is to make this site serve its purpose better by focusing on all the great contest listings and giveaways. Although I will still be posting more general content from time to time, the vast majority of all my “Lifestyle” posts will found on Beeb-Log. Some of the other popular topics I’ve covered, such as recipes and wedding planning tips, will now be covered on Cooking Catastrophe and Blog My Wedding. I think that by refining this site’s focus, I can do a better job of delivering the content you want to see here!
