Holiday Gift Guide 2012

Gifts For Tweens & Teens

JT Splatmaster

Teenagers can be notoriously hard to shop for. Do you want a gift that your teen will really think is cool? Then let me introduce you to JT SplatMaster! One lucky Contest Corner reader will win a JT SplatMaster bundle pack, so read on!

JT Splatmaster

JT SplatMaster is one of those gifts that is so cool, we seriously considered keeping it for ourselves when it arrived in the Contest Corner office. However, we decided that we should be grown-ups and save it for a teenage boy on our Christmas list that we know will truly appreciate it…and maybe let us fire off a few rounds ourselves. ;) So what, exactly, is JT Splatmaster? Think of it as paintball-for-kids-meets-NERF. This fun line of outdoor toys includes plastic guns which fire special pellets that are designed to be water soluble and clean up easily, with what they tout as a bio-degradable formula. The pack that we received included an awesome Z200 shotgun, ammo, and goggles, so your mom can’t say “You’ll shoot your eye out!” ala Christmas Story. ;) I really think the design and concept of this is awesome – they really paid attention to details, including the fact that the ammo comes in a little plastic container shaped like a grenade. It’s a really awesome toy for anyone ages 9 and up – it’s one of those actives that is fun but still “Cool”. I have a feeling any teen receiving this for Christmas will have dad begging for a turn, too!

  1. The JT SplatMaster z100 Pistol would also make a great gift! With removable magazine that holds 7 rounds and real cocking action!

  2. I think the JT SplatMaster Nuke Bunker would make a nice gift because I bet kids can also find other ways to use it.

  3. I like the z100 Player vs Player Package. I want the cousins to play with each other.

  4. I think the JT SplatMaster Target Tree would be cool for many reasons, including target practice for rocks, eggs and yes, paint guns.
