Yesterday morning, I was sitting down on my computer when I heard a bunch of racket outside. I thought it might be the gas or power company doing some expected maintenance, so I pulled up a browser window with my security camera live stream to see what was up. This is the image that greeted me:
Yes, this little bird had been the one causing all the noise by pecking on the windowsill! It caught me off guard to open the security camera and see a giant bird face staring at me, so you want to know what happened?
It actually startled me enough to make me jump, and since I was in the middle of sitting down with a cup of coffee, I shook the cup violently enough to spill coffee all over my desk. Jai took this photo as I was cleaning up, which took a while, since I soaked half the paperwork on my desk with coffee. Sheesh!!! So who’s crazier, the bird pecking at the window, or me for getting so startled?!
