  1. I think any sort of diet or lifestyle change is a little bit easier if you have a buddy or a spouse to do it along with. You can give each other support and confidence to do it! That’s how the Hubs and I became pescatarians earlier this year – we decided and are doing it together!

  2. What an awesome thing to do with your spouse! I think that would definitely encourage me to stick with it. Especially when it involves your meals! You still get to eat together and don’t have to prepare separate meals! Good luck!

  3. I love being able to watch and hear your REAL experiences with life and dieting!! You said (basically) that “you cant control the crazy things in life but nutrisystem is such a big thing to freeze up stress and time” and I totally relate! If I had nutrisystem I would eat healthy, eat often and eat balanced rather than not want to stop to make something healthy and then grab ravenously at snacks at the end of the day! I TOTALLY need to look into nutrisystem! And congrats on your overall monthly weight loss 🙂

  4. Awesome thing to do to be encourage. you and your spouse are perfect for such a program like this. I hope i can find a partner that do believe in fitness so that were both will go to the gym.

  6. That’s such an awesome thing for you and your partner to do. Sharing a goal with a loved one is a great way to make sure it gets accomplished because you have the motivation. Good luck!

  7. Even though you both had a lot going on for April, it’s great that you were able to stick with your program. Like you said in your video, you wouldn’t have had the energy to meet those needs if you had been eating poorly. Congratulations and heres to a new month!!
