Baking and Christmas an inextricably linked for me. I got this cookbook last week and I LOVE IT! I am a huge fan of Gooseberry Patch and this Christmas cookbook edition is just as fab as the rest!
This would make such a great holiday gift for someone who likes to bake! I love reading recipes that are from other people–every recipe has a story and you learn so much about different parts of the country and different cultures from them.
This sounds like the kind of recipe book I need! I don’t like cooking so anything that takes less than 30 minutes would make me happy. I also have a slow cooker but never use it. Thanks for sharing.
these are my favorite kind of cookbooks. I swoon at celebrity chefs but most of the ingredients they use are foreign to me, I like real regular food

This sounds wonderful. I like to cook, but have no idea how to cook most of the traditional Christmas foods. I love that it includes stories and traditions along with the recipes.
