I received coupons in the mail in order to try some complimentary products from Simply Potatoes. I sent Jai to the store to pick up some Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns – good timing, since we were in need of a quick & easy brunch!

To prepare, you simply heat your pan with oil and layer in the hash browns. Jai showed off his skills and flipped the entire pan of hash browns in the air like a pancake when they were ready to be turned over – he managed to flip the whole thing in one piece. Pretty impressive!

Once the hash browns were done, I seasoned them with a little garlic salt and pepper. They were so good! Jai and I both enjoyed them and concur that this is a tasty and fast dish.

Simply Potatoes also have a selection of mashed varieties, including Traditional, Country Style, Garlic, Sour Cream and Chive, and Sweet Potatoes. These would be great for holiday dishes since they save you prep time!
