For the present time, I’ve had to scrap the “And The Winner Is…” plugin and go back to Random.org. I experienced errors both with comment count discrepancies and giveaways not appearing in the plugin control panel, so I’m going to stay with the tried-and-true method of selecting winners until I can figure out what’s causing the problems or find an alternative.
