I learned that the products should be applied at bedtime and right after your shower or bath. That makes sense, but I’ve never thought to use foot cream before bed.
I learned: O’Keeffe’s for Healthy Feet contains more Allantoin, which helps moisturize the skin on the feet which can be thicker and rougher.

Checking the FAQ I learned they do not include oil in their formula because simply oil repels moisture. They use primarily glycerin because that draws moisture to it thus it functions much better as a moisturizer.
I found it interesting that it uses water in the actual product without being watery.

I learned lots on their site,,,,,first that these products have been around just shy oh twenty years…. And for best results, it’s recommended to use 1-3 times a day, recommended to apply immediately after a bath or shower when the skin temperature is higher for better absorption and that they gurantee their product and will give your money back if you are not satisfied. With so many products claiming to do this or that to help dry cracked skin, I like the money back guarantee, it shows they stand behind and believe in their products. My hands crack when the weather gets cooler if I don’t liberally apply moisturizer to them multiple times throughout the day, especially if I am doing stuff outside with my hands, so I’m very interested in trying these products. I’ve seen them before in the local hardware store but haven’t tried them. If they work as well as I think they may after reading their website, it would really save my hands this fall/winter. I have been to the site on several occasions, but what really taught me something was actually using it. This is the only hand cream I purchase because it works so well. I have OCD and one of my things is excessive hand washing. As a result my hands get so dry that they crack and bleed and nothing every worked until I discovered O’Keeffe’s. Simply the BEST hand cream on the market. It works where all others fall short. Working in a brewery all day is extremely tough on the hands, but O’Keeffe’s not only brings relief, but PREVENTS my hands from cracking and splitting like they use to. Just wished I would have found this product years ago!
