I’m always looking for new and better skin care products, so I received a shipment from ZENMED with interest. ZENMED feature products for every skin type, from acne and Rosacea to dry/sensitive skin like mine. After mulling over their product line, I thought the following items looked like the best fit for me:
Oil-Free Day Lotion: This creamy moisturizer has a light, pleasant consistency and feels very refreshing on my skin. This lotion doesn’t contain SPF, so it’s great to put on for days when I don’t plan on leaving the house. Hey! I work at home! It happens! 😉
Oil-Free Moisturizer with SPF 30: This product is a cousin to the first moisturizer, except that it contains SPF 30, so it has a thicker sunscreen consistency. I swear by SPF for any day when I am leaving the house, so this has been awesome – and at 2.5oz, it’s TSA-friendly, so it has traveled all over Oregon, California, Washington, Arkansas, North Carolina, and Utah with me for the past few months. I have spent days outside in the beating sun and not gotten a sunburn, so it has worked great for me in addition to being a moisturizer.
Omegaceramide+ Recovery Moisturizer: I was in need of a new night cream, so I thought I’d check out a jar of this as well. It has a nice, creamy consistency and goes on nicely – I have been using all of these products since June, and I’ve only had a good experience – no skin irritation or reactions, which is a great thing since I have such sensitive skin! Two thumbs up here – I’d definitely use these again. You are advised to avoid the eye area when applying the Recovery Moisturizer, but never fear: ZENMED has you covered with a great eye product as well!
I just received a shipment of ZENMED’s Essential Eye Serum, and so far I love it! It’s meant to reduce the appearance of dark circles, puffiness and wrinkles – my dark circles aren’t budging for anything, but I do think it gives the illusion of smoothing fine lines because it forms a thin, taut layer over the skin that smooths it out, without feeling at all uncomfortable; I feel great wearing it.
I also received a jar of CLEARPEEL, a weekly facial masque to be applied at nighttime for 2-3 minutes. It has a clear gel consistency with little microbeads that feel like exfoliating agents. I did my first treatment with this and it was easy to use and left my skin feeling taut after use. They do advise minimizing sun exposure after use, which is good advice anyway, but I’ll be sure to watch and make sure I don’t have any reactions from it.
