I met two people from the ULTRALOQ team during the Showcase, and I really enjoyed our conversation. A few days later, I received a shipment of several samples they had shipped over from their product line for me to check out and review, and I’m excited – we need to install a couple of new locks anyway, and these have the most high-tech, convenient features you could ask for. For example, one of the products I received, the ULTRALOQ U-Bolt Pro WiFi Smart Deadlock, has 8 different options for unlocking it: You can use biometrics and unlock with fingerprint ID, voice control, your smartphone, Web portal, auto lock & unlock, keypad, 2 mechanical keys, and eKey sharing, which allows you to provide a unique keycode to any guest or maintenance worker, which you can deactivate at any time; you can also grant access for a specific window of time, and view a log of who’s entered and when. What a great feature – I can see many times where that would come in handy. I’m going to feel just like James Bond using my fingerprint to open my office door! I’ve been thinking about upgrading our front door lock, and I had no idea there were so many smart options. I love that you can give someone temporary access too — super handy for when the dog sitter comes over.
I had no idea Ultraloq had so many options — and on sale too?! The fingerprint access sounds like such a game-changer (especially for my forgetful self ). Love how sleek and secure these look. Kinda tempted to finally ditch the house keys.
