1. Eligibility: Open only to legal U.S. residents who are age 18 or older and located in the U.S. at the time of entry, excluding residents of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and U.S. military installations located in a foreign country. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Westinghouse Digital, LLC (“Sponsorâ€), its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Partiesâ€), and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) and those living in their same households of each are not eligible.
2. How To Enter. You may enter the WestyMVP Sweepstakes online anytime while entry form is live beginning 12:00:01 a.m. C.T. April 2, 2012 by visiting http://www.facebook.com/WestinghouseTV and entering by submitting the required form fields.
When you register and consent online to entry into the Sweepstakes you will be entered into the random prize drawing. Limit: one Entry per person and per email address.
Use of a false email account will disqualify an entry. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, garbled or delayed entries or other communications or other technical problems related to the Sweepstakes or Sweepstakes entries. The use of scripts or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Site, or who otherwise violates these rules.
3. Prize. Three (3) 42†LED HDTV from Westinghouse, ARV of 9. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
4. Drawing. Potential winner will be determined by random drawing on or about April 23, 2012 from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding. Potential winner will be notified on or within 10 days of drawing by an email sent to the email address specified at the time of entry. If the potential winner does not respond within 14 days of the date of the prize notification, fails to comply with the instructions contained in the prize notification within that time period, is ineligible for the prize, or refuses to accept the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to randomly choose an alternate potential winner from the pool of remaining eligible entries. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry online, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account for the email address provided to Sponsor is registered. Potential winner may be required to provide a driver’s license and/or other evidence of identity in connection with claiming the prize. An entrant is not a winner unless and until the entrant’s eligibility and has been verified and entrant has complied with all Sweepstakes requirements. Prize will be awarded. Allow six weeks for delivery of prize.
5. General Conditions. Prize will be awarded only to an address within the United States. Winner is solely responsible for any taxes on Prize. This sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Winner must provide proof of identity and age as a precondition to receiving prizes. Winner (or winner’s parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor) must provide their social security number, and will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the approximate retail value of the prize. By participating, entrants (and their parent(s)/legal guardian(s) if entrants are minors) agree to these Official Rules, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and to the Judge’s decisions, which are final and binding in all respects. If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, modify or terminate the sweepstakes and select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation or termination. This sweepstakes is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the state of California, with venue in Orange, and all claims must be resolved in the federal or state courts of California.
6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: By accepting the prize, winner agree that the Sweepstakes Parties, participating retailers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by winner against, any liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the sweepstakes; from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize; or from participation in any prize-related activity or any travel related thereto. Except if winner is a resident of TN or where prohibited by law, winner (and winner’s parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor) grant (and agree to confirm this grant in writing, if requested) permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without additional compensation.
