As part of our Nutrisystem journey, Jai and I share our weight loss numbers and measurements with you every week. As we blog our measurements, we compare with the week before to see how many inches we have lost. Adding everything up and then writing it out was getting a bit cumbersome, since we had two sets of measurements to cross-reference for each of us, and it resulted in a “Wall of text” that didn’t immediately jump out to the reader with our results. So Jai put together a spreadsheet where we could input our numbers from both the current week and previous week for comparison, with the difference automatically calculated in each category. Once we’ve punched in all the measurements, we just take a screenshot and upload that, which makes it much easier to see our progress!

I thought that other members of the Nutrisystem Nation Blogger Panel might find this useful for their posts as well, so I wanted to share a download for the spreadsheet here. I’ve saved this as a blank template, which you can fill in with the names of up to two people. There is a weekly template as well as a monthly template, available in both .ods and .xls format.
