1. My decor style is one part elegance…
…and one part Flavor Flav clocks.
Fun fact: I won this clock in a Flavor Flav trivia contest on MySpace! How can that sentence sound so dated when it was only a few years ago?!
2. I use my Care Bears as mannequin heads to store my wigs on.
Why yes, that IS a Lindsay Lohan doll you spot in the background!
Fun fact: When I worked part-time in retail, I wore wigs so that I could dye my real hair colors like Ronald McDonald red and purple while still complying with dress code. If anyone says they can’t have the hair they want because of their job…they just haven’t gotten creative enough! 😉
3. I really like Keanu Reeves cough, cough, I mean The Matrix.
4. I also really like Maroon 5.
5. But most of all, I love my family!

Ohhhh….I LOVE Maroon 5. I also love Thor which is why I have a poster of him in my office. Glad to know I’m not the only one with movie posters on their walls.

I love that you dye your hair fun colors and have wigs to color those fun colors!! And, your wig holders are pretty great, too!
Man… MySpace… those were the days! I remember that being the coolest thing ever and if you didn’t have one, you were lame. Now it’s just for artists and bands and no longer about stalking your crush or filling out surveys.
Did I spot a tiara?! Very nice. I love your mix of elegance and kitschy fun. My Hubby used to own a movie theatre, then a video store, and now manages an independent movie theatre, so he is in possession of lots and lots of posters. Thankfully, he has an office at the theatre where he can put as many as he wants up. When he retires, we’ll have to create a ‘man cave’ for him at home so he can put up his posters. In the video store we owned he ‘papered’ the ceiling with movie posters. Just a thought… in case you run out of wall space. 😀 I sure enjoyed those ‘Matrix’ posters – always nice to look at. ummm… Matrix.

Girl! I want that tiara! I used to wear wigs when I was young because they were so silky smooth and my hair is a bush in humidity.

Here all the time I was limiting myself to one wig because I only had one wig head! Now I can go borrow my grand daughter Care Bears and throw caution to the wind! Loved the wig story!
