Holiday Gift Guide 2012

Stocking Stuffers

A few months back, I received a box of complimentary samples from a company called International Arrivals, which offers some really fun yet practical office supplies that I think would make for awesome stocking stuffers:

Snifty Scented Pens – $2.50

Coffee-Scented Pen

These ballpoint pens are actually scented! The pen you see pictured above is the “Mocha Latte”, which actually smells like a cup of coffee – just the thing for sleep-deprived writers such as myself! They also have fragrances like cupcakes (For the Katy Perry fan on your list?) and fruit scents such as strawberry and raspberry. These pens didn’t write quite as smoothly as I’d like – apparently us sleep-deprived writers are also pen snobs! – but they are so colorful and fun that I think they’d make a great gift for teens and anyone with a sense of cheer who could use new pens!

Twisty Stix Erasers – $3.00

Cupcake Erasers

Continuing with the scented theme are these 4-packs of Twisty Stix Erasers. The cupcake-scented erasers you see above are long and tapered, with the ends shaped to look like delicious little baked goods. There are also grape and peach scented erasers for fruit lovers, but I think the clear winner in the stocking stuffer wars would have to be the candy cane variety – the batch I received didn’t smell all that festive, but they are shaped to look like santas and snowmen – awww!!

Clipit Paperclips – $3.95 and up

Clipit

Jumbo Clipit paperclips are perfect for organizing big piles of paperwork. Available in fun colors and shapes, this makes for a very practical socking stuffer for anyone who has to deal with paperwork – whether they work in an office, attend school, or just want to keep track of bills on their desk. So, basically, everybody! 😉

Birds of a Measure – $7.00

Birds of a Measure

How adorable is this tape measure?! Shaped like a little birdie, his foot retracts to unveil a tape measure. Genius! I couldn’t find this on the International Arrivals website, but you can snag one on Amazon.
