St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital brought me to their facility, took care of my stay in Memphis, and provided this prize, which I am shipping out.
I had the honor of visiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital last week to learn more about what they do, and it was so much more than I imagined. We all know that St. Jude does wonderful work for children facing catastrophic illness, but I could not appreciate the scope and enormity of what they are doing until I had this experience. I spent a jam-packed day at their facility and learned so much by talking to their staff, patients, and observing the good works happening right in front of me.
