I’ve been having a lot of fun experimenting in the kitchen with this shortening. Last night I made biscuits and gravy for dinner, and decided to use the shortening in lieu of butter while preparing this milk gravy recipe. The gravy was good except for the corn starch, which didn’t dissolve properly because I read the directions wrong!
