Weight Loss Website Review

Weight Loss

This post is brought to you by PayPerPost.

Like many people, I am on a quest to get in better shape. I’ve taken a lot of steps in the right direction – I’ve hired a personal trainer, made an effort to change my schedule so that I can take the time to eat properly, and keep a daily food log where I count calories and track my weight. Although I have been sidelined from working out the last few months due to a knee injury, I’m happy to say that I’ve lost 5 pounds these last few weeks by focusing on my diet. With modern life becoming more and more hectic, it can be hard to make health a priority – but I am excited about my progress and look forward to achieving the rest of my fitness goals!

Because diet and exercise are on my mind, I’m always interested in checking out new resources that might help me in my efforts. I was recently invited to review a fitness blog that discusses easy weight loss diets and share my thoughts on it. First of all, the blog doesn’t appear to really have a name, which I think is an important part of your website’s presentation. I think a lot of users may get turned off by this site, because it’s hard to tell if it’s an advertisement or an actual blog – the “About” page and “About the author” box are currently blank, for example. Also, not everyone will appreciate the large photos of models in thong bikinis; but kudos to them for their hard work at the gym! 😉

There are a number of articles on here, which raise interesting topics. I would have liked to see links to studies or other evidence to backup some of the statements that were made, like in this article about conjugated linoleic acid. I think this website could have potential, but needs a little refinement.

Do you have a weight loss or fitness goal? Tell me about it in the comments!
